“Find your place, speak the truth.” These were the words spoken by my childhood idol, Kurt Cobain. So many of us struggle to find our place in this world and to live in our truth. We want to be seen, but we fear rejection. We want to use our voice, but we are afraid of judgment. If you are feeling this way, I can help.

I bring a creative, punk rock, radical sense of self-acceptance to a Humanistic approach to treatment. I believe in giving a voice to those who have been marginalized and do my best to advocate for the populations I am passionate about. I enjoy working with musicians and creatives, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and BIPOC LGBTQ+. I provide affirmative care to my clients and believe in being a lifelong learner in all I do. I am a professional musician, singer, and songwriter, allowing me to think outside the box in my work. I believe in social justice and take the specific struggles of client populations regarding culture, ethnicity, social status, and race into consideration with my clients. Treatment with me will be customized to fit each client’s specific needs. There is no issue too big or small for us to tackle together. My office is a safe space to explore your most authentic self. Together, we will strengthen your well-being, balance your mental health, and find meaning and purpose. All while exploring the unknown and reaching your goals.

In my early adulthood, I attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. I continued to work as a professional singer/songwriter and voice-over artist until my true path, to become a healer, was revealed. I still believe there is a healing nature to music, so I choose to connect my knowledge as a musician with my knowledge as a therapist.

I am a graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles. I bring a creative, punk rock, radical sense of self-acceptance to a Humanistic approach to treatment. I believe in giving a voice to those who have been marginalized and do my best to advocate for the populations that I am passionate about working with, including LGBTQ+, Black/African American, and BIPOC LGBTQ+, as well as musicians and artists. I provide affirmative care to my clients and believe in being a lifelong learner in all I do. I am a professional musician/Singer/Songwriter and enjoy working with artists professionally and in my work with clients. I like integrating the musician and therapist in my work and believe in always bringing an authentic and meaningful approach to life.
